technical glitch - Support is ignoring proof Review: "I am extremely disappointed with Keydrop. I lost a ★ Nomad Knife | Marble Fade (Factory New) due to a major system lag on the Upgrader page. The site processed an upgrade without my final confirmation click. I provided screenshot evidence showing a massive time discrepancy between my local time and the server log, but the support team dismissed it as a simple 'timezone difference.' They refuse to acknowledge that a browser-side lag can trigger a manual-style confirmation. As a loyal user, it is frustrating to be treated this way when a high-value item is involved. Their 'technical review' feels like a generic template to avoid responsibility. I have already requested a manager review, but I am being ignored. Users should be careful—if the site lags and you lose your item, they will not help you. I am currently escalating this to the licensing body (Curacao eGaming) and sharing this experience across Reddit and social media until a fair resolution is reached. Update: They sent another generic response ignoring the 6-hour lag proof. Total lack of accountability."

Don´t get into this web site, it´s a scam, they never have the skin that you won, always the same, and most likely it´s not fair with users, so i hardly recomend that if you want to have fun with opening cases go to skinclub or some other site, if you can help me and write a bad review so we can shut them down. Does not represent the conter strike comunity

The experience is good, but the fact that even when you do upgrades, they give you skins that they dont even have, makes the experience very bad. You will be forced to risk your skins for a new upgrade that they may also not have, or swap the skin for something overpirzed, hence, sacrifice money that you won to secure at least something.

I don't know if it's my luck or something else, but I spent 300 dollars and won nothing, but that's not the funniest thing I made about 20 50\50 upgrades, and ALL of them were losses. ALL And it looks like a scam. Just don't waste your money on gambling and those shitty open cases sites. You'll lose everything, and they won't let you win. I'm all ears to hear your "We're very sorry to hear you feel that way." Update 11.01.2026: This is a pure scam with fake 4.5 stars. I'm 100% sure you'll lose everything by gambling on key-drop. How can I open ten 50\50 cases in a row and get 0.05$ skin every time? Also, there is no transaction history. And they have this scam shit opening where you can't predict by speed of rolling what you'll get because it's always different. DON'T OPEN CASES ON THIS SITE!!! DON'T DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY IN THIS!!!
