When to contact CaseRadar
Contact us if you found incorrect listing details, outdated trust signals, broken affiliate links, impersonation attempts, or security concerns related to our published content. We also accept partnership and media requests.
What to include in your message
To help us review faster, include the site name, exact page URL, timeline of events, and any support responses you received. If possible, add screenshots or transaction references.
- Subject line with the issue type (for example: Listing correction, Security report).
- Direct links to affected pages.
- Evidence files or source links.
Response and review process
We triage reports by severity. Security and impersonation reports are prioritized first. Editorial corrections are reviewed in normal queue and reflected in the next update cycle when confirmed.
Security note
CaseRadar never asks for passwords, wallet seed phrases, or private keys. If anyone claims to represent CaseRadar and asks for sensitive access, treat it as suspicious and report it to contact@caseradar.online.
