First time on site, depo'd a 1k skin, won a 2k+ esport bet, but the bet is stuck on "pending". Contacted support, they said theyve reached out to the 3rd party running the bets, 0 updates after a week. Contacted an admin on discord, said he would respond within 12 hours if I still need the help, it's been 5 days no response to multiple dms. Asked for an eta or update, nothing. Asked if I can ask the provider directly, nothing. Even mentioning that I'm waiting on the support to help, or that my bet is stuck on pending, all respectfully said in the public chat, instantly deleted. Meanwhile the support has no response for me after a week. Multiple users have claimed that they're getting locked out of accounts now as well, skin withdraws going down for days at a time with no eta as well, seems like someone on the inside is trying to exit scam at this point with how many "coincidences" are happening.

FUN SITE BUT IF YOU WIN THEY WILL BLOCK IT. I used to love CSGOLuck a very fun site and I've played there about a year as well as get my friends stream partnerships. Unfortunately recently I won 12,000 from a 50 Euro depo... I say unfortunately because as soon as I did suddenly my account becomes unverified and they've spent 2-3 days not allowing me to withdraw. Mind you I never had issues withdrawing before. Delaying the payout to try to make me gamble more is all I can think of what they are doing. As I said no issues before but if you win big they'll use anythign and everything to block you withdrawing as such unfortunately a site I use monthly is now not going to get any use from me.

Misleading bonus terms – impossible to withdraw despite completing wager I used a daily free bonus on this CS2 gambling site and built it from 0.76 coins to ~200 coins in the bonus wallet. The bonus details clearly stated that I needed to complete a 45x wagering requirement in order to withdraw. I fully completed the 45x wager as instructed. After doing so, my bonus wallet still showed ~200 coins. When I attempted to withdraw, I was only credited 11 coins (≈ $7 USD). Support then claimed that I was not a high enough account level to withdraw the bonus — something that is NOT disclosed anywhere in the bonus details. They referenced buried terms and conditions that were never presented at the time of accepting the bonus. This is extremely misleading. All requirements to withdraw a bonus should be clearly stated in the bonus description itself, not hidden elsewhere and introduced only after the wager is completed. I met every condition that was shown to me and still couldn’t withdraw what I earned. This feels intentionally deceptive and designed to make bonuses effectively unwinnable. Proceed with caution.

Site turned odd in the recent years, battles seem off and their dailies turned into pennies so not even worth unless you gambled a few extra 100k. Whoever coded Jackpot is weird cause a guy who pulled 1 while everyone else pulled between 50-100 had barely a difference in the chance of winning. Their community is nothing but people begging for their daily codes but u could probably ignore that if u don't care to interact with it.
